Organizational culture (OC) has been a central element in organizations in general and in business management for over seven decades. During this period, OC has always been embedded in people and human beings who consolidate the internal focus of organizations. OC has evolved in a multidimensional fashion affecting organizational life by influencing every organizational dimension from a firm’s mission to its structure, through leading change and innovation, seeking high performance and aligning with ethical behavior. © Designs and Patents Act 1988.
