Resumen
"This paper explores the integration of ISO 31022:2020 guidelines into scientific communication and legal risk management, with particular emphasis on educational contexts. As organizations operate in increasingly complex legal environments, adopting systematic approaches to legal risk identification and mitigation becomes essential for safeguarding institutional value and ensuring compliance. The study analyzes how scientific articles not only contribute to academic knowledge but also shape institutional practices through peer-reviewed validation and international collaboration. Drawing from examples in material innovation and educational resource design, the paper highlights the relevance of legal frameworks in curricular development and the importance of translating scientific content into accessible academic formats. It also discusses essential components of scientific writing and the role of accurate translation in promoting global scientific literacy. The findings underscore the necessity of aligning legal risk strategies with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations, thus fostering operational resilience and innovation. ©2025 IEEE."
