Resumen
In recent years, the world has confronted one of the most significant pandemics, COVID-19, which has compelled companies to embrace digital solutions, marking the end of the era of local applications. The primary goal of this shift is to evaluate individuals' overall health status rather than focusing solely on specific pathologies or chronic conditions, which necessitate specialized care. The proposed application facilitates the management of employees' medical histories, appointment scheduling, reminder notifications, and the storage of examination results. This project adheres to the SCRUM methodology. The main objective is to develop a contemporary web application for the effective oversight of medical check-ups, with a specific focus on ensuring compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act in industrial enterprises. Achieving this entails comprehensive functionality analysis to optimize data management, especially in the context of the ongoing COVID-19 situation. Notably, the primary research outcome demonstrates a significant improvement of 56.55% in medical check-up adherence following implementation. In conclusion, data collected from the medical examination web application highlights substantial enhancements in medical check-up adherence, result reporting, and treatment monitoring. The platform's implementation has proven to be effective in managing health-related data in industrial enterprises while ensuring adherence to legal safety and health requirements. © 2023 IEEE.
